    Rob says: Every year we cup dozens of samples from Guatemala and pick one or two, mostly the most fruity ones. The first lot of the new crop is produced by FRANCISCO LOPEZ.

    Francisco Lopez, owner of San Antonio Huista farm gave its name to the land because it is one of the last locations that
    belong to the municipality, bordering with Jacaltenango. For him being able to buy the farm, he had to emigrate, work and save
    money for five years. Ten years ago, he managed to buy the farm, which is when his dream came true; “I began to establish
    my farm little by little, and sometimes I went working on the land at night!” Francisco says. “Today, I am very happy with all my
    efforts.”
